Last Updated: May 25, 2026
Our Commitment
Baseline Medical is committed to improving digital accessibility for patients, caregivers, families, and visitors using our website, booking flows, educational content, and communication systems.
We believe healthcare access includes digital access. We continuously work to improve usability, clarity, responsiveness, and accessibility across our mobile and desktop experiences.
Accessibility Standards
Baseline Medical aims to align with recognized accessibility and usability practices, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA where reasonably applicable. Baseline Medical does not claim formal WCAG conformance unless and until a documented accessibility audit supports that claim.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operational responsibility rather than a one-time compliance event.
Accessibility Features
Current accessibility efforts may include keyboard navigation support, semantic heading structure, responsive layouts, readable typography, color contrast improvements, alternative text for meaningful images, focus-state visibility, and screen-reader-aware markup where applicable.
We also work to improve clarity in booking flows, mobile interactions, educational content, disclosures, and operational communication surfaces.
Mobile & Multi-Device Access
Baseline Medical is designed with a mobile-first experience model intended to support access across phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop devices.
We continuously evaluate usability across varying screen sizes, input methods, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility work is ongoing. We regularly review, refine, and improve platform experiences as workflows evolve, new services are introduced, and operational systems expand.
Accessibility improvements may include updates to navigation, interaction patterns, educational content structure, booking workflows, communication systems, and visual presentation.
Third-Party Services
Certain Baseline Medical experiences may rely on third-party technologies, communication systems, maps, scheduling infrastructure, payment processors, embedded tools, or fulfillment partners.
While we encourage accessibility-conscious vendor practices, Baseline Medical cannot guarantee the accessibility posture of third-party systems outside our direct control.
Known Limitations
Some portions of the platform may still be improving as workflows, educational systems, booking infrastructure, and operational tooling continue to evolve.
Certain legacy content, third-party integrations, or embedded operational systems may not yet provide a fully optimized accessibility experience in every context.

If you experience difficulty accessing content, completing a booking flow, reading educational material, or using any part of the Baseline Medical platform, we encourage you to contact us.
We welcome accessibility feedback and reasonable accommodation requests and will make commercially reasonable efforts to improve access and provide assistance where appropriate.
