How It Works
Request care.
We review.
Then we coordinate.
A guided request for non-emergency mobile medical care.
Care Request Flow
4
Simple steps before care is confirmed.
01
Request care
Tell us what is going on and where care would happen.
02
Clinical review
We review safety, service area, availability, and fit.
03
Coordinate timing
If appropriate, we coordinate timing and next steps.
04
RN visit + NP guidance
An RN comes to you with Nurse Practitioner oversight when needed.
What to expect
A request is not a confirmed visit. Baseline reviews each request before care is scheduled.
Baseline is not emergency or urgent care. For emergencies, call 911.
Baseline Care
How mobile medical care works with Baseline Medical
Baseline Medical provides non-urgent mobile medical care at home, in hotels, and at the office. Care may include illness visits, IV therapy, vitamin shots, NAD therapy, and wellness support through a coordinated model with a Registered Nurse in person and Nurse Practitioner virtual oversight.
What is Baseline Medical
What Baseline Care Is
A coordinated model for non-urgent care delivered to you
Non-urgent illness care
Support for common non-urgent symptoms when a clinician-led visit at home is more appropriate than starting with telemedicine alone.
Wellness support
Wellness care includes IV therapy, vitamin shots, and NAD therapy within the same coordinated Baseline Care model.
Care where life happens
Visits are designed to happen at home, in a hotel, or at the office when that is the right setting for safe non-urgent care.
Clinical coordination
Every visit is structured around assessment, treatment decisions, and clear next steps rather than a preset service menu.
Care Model
One coordinated visit, with clear clinical roles
Registered Nurse assessment
A Baseline Medical Registered Nurse comes to your location, performs the in-person assessment, collects vitals, and begins the visit workflow.
Nurse Practitioner oversight (virtual)
A Baseline Medical Nurse Practitioner provides virtual clinical oversight, including treatment planning, prescribing, and escalation guidance when appropriate.
Registered Nurse administered care
When treatment is ordered during the visit, the Registered Nurse may administer clinician-directed care and help carry the plan through where you are.

Where Care Happens
Care delivered where life happens
Baseline Medical is designed around mobility. The goal is not to recreate a clinic visit online. The goal is to bring appropriate non-urgent care to the patient in the real-world setting where it is needed.

When Baseline Medical is appropriate
More hands-on than telemedicine
Baseline Medical fits when you need a real clinical visit brought to you, but do not need urgent care, emergency care, or hospital-level treatment.
When Baseline Medical is not appropriate
Baseline Medical is not for emergency symptoms or hospital-level problems. Higher-acuity care is the safer next step for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke-like symptoms, fainting, severe confusion, uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or symptoms that feel rapidly unstable.
Pricing Overview
Direct-pay care with clear access expectations
